Training Options

We encourage new members to join straight into our classes, and we’ll coach you with everything you need to learn as you go.

Alternatively, if you’d prefer to learn the basics before starting classes, please contact us regarding Personal Training.

We Are Family Friendly

Members are welcome to bring kids along to your class, whether to watch from a pram or our playpen away from the gym floor.  We do not have a dedicated creche facility, and kids are your responsibility bearing in mind our environment of equipment, weights and moving people.  Our members love helping out with kids too so you are welcome to bring them with you.
