Owner Julia Higgs is an Accredited Sports Nutritionist, where she works for the global regulatory body, ‘Sports Nutrition Association’ as an Academic Assessor as well as one of the Educators at the National Women’s Fitness Academy.

She specialises in transformations and has spent over 5 years educating and delivering transformation results for the everyday person.

Julia also works with athletes to support their training and nutrition needs, from MMA fighters making weight, to endurance athletes.

The calories and macros are set individually for you and tracked via the mobile app. Check ins are every 2 weeks with your program changed as often as needed to ensure continual results. Lose fat, build muscle or both this is designed specifically for you.

  • Individual Nutrition Program (Option to include Individual Exercise program)
  • Fortnightly Face to face or Zoom Check-ins
  • Full Check-ins: Skin folds, weight, photos, measurements, biofeedback.
